A workspace that fits the way you work

  • Mediators and mediation centres

Keep mediation requests, party details, sessions and case documents organised and easy to follow.

  • Lawyers and law firms

Keep your files and documents together and make review, preparation and follow-up easier.

  • Companies

Keep track of disputes and the documents behind them, assess the risks and, if needed, go into a legal process well prepared.

For companies

Risk starts early but is often noticed late.

The information is already within the company, but it is spread across emails, Excel files, ERP records, messaging apps and folders. The file is often only put together once the disagreement has escalated.

  1. 01

    Business as usual

The contract is running as agreed.

  2. 02

    Early signs

    Delays, objections, inconsistencies in documents.

    This is where risk begins
  3. 03

    The disagreement escalates

There is an open disagreement between the parties.

    Most companies notice here
  4. 04

    Legal proceedings

A lawyer and legal support are needed.

  5. This is where DisputeTech comes in: it makes risks visible before the disagreement escalates.

How it works

One workspace, from first review to final documents.

Bring your information together, assess possible risks, manage the process and prepare the documents you need.

  1. 01

    Create your file

Bring together the relevant information, parties and documents, so everything you need for the review and the rest of the process is close at hand.

  2. 02

    Review with AI support

See the key points, possible risks and gaps in your documents, and weigh your next steps in that light.

  3. 03

    Manage the process

Track what stage your file has reached. In mediation, manage meetings, sessions and the related documents in the same workspace.

  4. 04

    Prepare documents with ease

Use the information in your file to prepare minutes, agreements and final documents. Spend less time re-entering information and formatting documents.

Beyond helping you manage dispute processes, our aim is to help you spot risks before a dispute escalates.

Our approach

Helping you prepare files and keep processes on track.

Bring information and documents together, review possible risks with AI support, follow the process and prepare the paperwork you need. Spend less time on repetitive tasks and more on the substance of your file.

  • Organised files

Keep party details, documents and process records together.

  • AI support

Review key points, possible risks and gaps in your documents, with the reasoning behind them.

  • Permission-based access

In individual and organisation workspaces, access to files is limited by each user’s permissions.

  • Easy document preparation

Use the information in the file to prepare minutes, agreements and final documents with less re-entry and formatting.

How we use your documents

DisputeTech does not provide legal or mediation services, and AI output is not legal advice. Assessment and decisions remain with the user.

Pilot programme

Let’s plan a four-week pilot with your own files.

You don’t need to launch a big project. Choose the one or two dispute types you deal with most often, and we’ll start with three to five sample files; we’ll then evaluate the results together within four weeks.

  1. 1
    Week 1

    Preparation

Dispute types and sample files are selected.

  2. 2–3
    Weeks 2 and 3

    Reviewing the files

The sample files are reviewed together.

  3. 4
    Week 4

    Evaluation

Results and next steps are discussed.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions

If you have another question, write to us: info@disputetech.ai

We already have a lawyer. What does DisputeTech add?

DisputeTech doesn’t replace your lawyer. It prevents the file from reaching your lawyer late, scattered and incomplete, so you go into the meeting prepared.

We use an ERP or CRM. Does it replace them?

No. ERP and CRM systems record transactions; DisputeTech brings together the information relating to the same matter and turns it into a summary showing the risks, missing documents and first steps.

Do we need to connect our systems to get started?

No. In the pilot programme, files such as PDFs, Excel sheets, emails and photos are uploaded directly. The need for a system integration is assessed once the benefit is clear.

How are the documents we upload used?

Your documents are processed solely to provide the service; they are not used for advertising or sales purposes and are never made public. Details can be found in our Privacy Policy.
